Refund & Cancellation Policy

Promotions, featured slots & listings

  • Before work starts / before the slot date: full refund, or move your slot to another date free of charge.
  • After content is produced or the placement is live: the service is delivered, so it's non-refundable. If we made an error (wrong name, wrong date, wrong creative), we fix and re-run it at no cost.
  • If we cancel (e.g. we can't deliver a booked slot): full refund within 7 days, or a free rebooking — your choice.

Daily Brief (₹49/month)

  • The first 7 days are free — cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing.
  • Cancel anytime (reply STOP on WhatsApp or message us): delivery continues to the end of the paid month, then stops. No pro-rata refunds on the current month.

Insider Pass

  • 7-day refund window from purchase — full refund, no questions asked.
  • After 7 days the membership is non-refundable, but it stays valid for its full term.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the UPI account that paid, within 7 working days of approval. To request one, WhatsApp +91 83200 62415 or email iamsuratcity@gmail.com with your payment reference (UTR).
